Urgent Alert TEST - TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 9th
Staff and Families -
Tomorrow evening, September 9th, at approximately 6:00 pm, we will be sending out a District-wide ParentSquare Urgent Alert TEST message to all users. We are informing you a day ahead for two reasons - first and foremost, so we do not cause undue alarm, and second, to ensure we reach all staff and student-families. ParentSquare Urgent Alerts will be sent via e-mail and phone to the contact information we have on file for you in our Student Information System (TeacherEase). We will monitor to see if there are staff and families who do not receive this message or the Urgent Alert Test notification tomorrow, and ask that if you don't receive one or the other, to please contact your student's school to verify the contact information we have on file for you. In the future, Urgent Alerts will be used to communicate school session changes due to inclement weather and other time-sensitive, essential messaging, so please take note of how you receive the Urgent Alert TEST notifications tomorrow. While our hope is to rarely have a need to send Urgent Alerts, it's necessary for us to make sure they are functional.
